Built in 1974, and continually updated, VCM remains the only indoor mall in the area, providing a comfortable and convenient shopping and dining experience.  The mall also supports the community by hosting several major family events throughout the year, each benefiting a local charity or program.

Some of the annual highlights include the Easter Bunny (April), Cinco de Mayo (May), Custom & Classic Car Show (August), The Caring Tree for school supplies (August), Trail of Treats & food shelf donations (October), Santa Clause & Toys for Tots (December), and many more!

In addition, the mall offers its courtyard areas to local organizations, charities, and theatrical performers.  The Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Rotary, Veterans organizations, 4-H, as well piano recitals have been in Valley Creek Mall.
